Sports YouTuber Abhradeep Saha, also referred to as Angry Rantman, went dead in Bengaluru on Wednesday at the age of 27 due to a multiple organ failure.
Saha, who is well-known for his distinctive style of football, cricket, and other sports commentary, was receiving treatment for severe health issues at Bengaluru’s Narayana Cardiac Hospital. After undergoing heart surgery, the social media influencer talks about sports did not post anything on social media for more than a month.
Saha’s father announced on social media more than a week ago that he had been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and was on the mend. Saha was placed on ventilation a few days ago as his condition reportedly worsened. It was said that two days earlier, he had stopped responding to treatment.
On February 19, 1996, Saha was born in Kolkata. On social media, he had an enormous following. His “Angry Rantman” YouTube channel has 481k subscribers, and he has 119k Instagram followers. So a sports lover.
For his sports fans, the news of Angry Rantman’s premature passing was shocking.
A message on Saha’s social media accounts said, “With deep sadness and anguish, we hereby announce the tragic and premature death of Abhradeep Saha AKA #AngryRantman today at 10:18 hrs IST.”
